Restarting Your TEACH Payment

This process can be followed in any of the following situations:
1. Your TEACH membership payment has not been set up when you first join TEACH.
2. Your TEACH membership payment has failed and your account has been closed due to a change in bank or card details, or for an other reason.
3. You have decided to rejoin TEACH after an absence.

Important! If you have an active TEACH subscription, please ask TEACH to cancel this first (or adjust it for you) so that you do not end up with duplicate subscriptions.


Please follow the process below to set up a subscription:

2. Choose either the monthly or annual restart option.

3. Enter your details (parent not child).

4. Enter your TEACH account number. (This ensures the payment is linked to your account.)
     *If you do not know your account number, please email teach@christian.education to request this.

5. Payment method:
    a. If you are in the UK, choose either credit card (this includes debit cards) or direct debit.

    b. If you are outside the UK, choose credit card (this includes debit cards).

6. Enter either a credit or debit card details, or your bank account details as appropriate.


Please note:
Direct debits can only be set up for UK bank accounts. The payment merchant for this service is GoCardless.

TEACH subscriptions automatically recur annually or monthly, so payment will continue to be taken unless you ask TEACH to close your account. Notice of termination must be given 6 weeks in advance in writing by emailing teach@christian.education.
